SAY yoga sequence is supported with yoga props to make yoga practice more aligned and anatomic for better results. A well-qualified and experienced teacher will devote time and attention to every student to bring out their best result.

SAY-PRENATAL YOGA is designed to help pregnant women improve sleep, manage stress and anxiety. Our yoga sequence increases the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles essential during childbirth. Our yoga practice with props, (support system) decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath experienced during pregnancy. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for both pregnant women and babies.
